Motorola DROID RAZR aka DROID HD aka Spyder is rumored to be the thinnest Android smartphone Moto has ever made. Due to some sources it has already started shipping from Verizon.

The RAZR will top the Bionic with the first qHD Super AMOLED display and a faster 1.2 GHz processor.

Facebook is working on a specialised smartphone.The development with the help of technology manufacturer HTC started last year and the phone`s codename was Buffy. All these rumours claim that the company prepares to release its first specialised smartphone in the third quarter of 2012 at the earliest. Digitimes also says that this customised smartphone in fact is being developed by HTC and is aiming for a Q3 release.

LG D1L

According to DDaily (via UnwiredView), the LG D1L will be released in South Korea at the end of May but there is no information with regards to its global availability for now.

New smartphone has a 4.7-inch HD display, runs on a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with LTE connectivity like the latest HTC One X, and features Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Now Korean tech website DDaily claims that the device is built-in wireless charging which was also floating around about the Galaxy S3 (source - Ubergizmo.com).
