We’re already hearing news about the Galaxy S 2 successor though S II had been just unleashed upon the world recently. The next generation Samsung Galaxy S, due to newest posts concerning this model, will appear somewhere in the middle of 2012.

Also there are no confirmed specifications at this moment, despite different gossips. Phandroid has published new specs: the slide shows the Samsung Galaxy S III packing a 1.8 GHz processor.

Rumored specs:

-Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

-1.8 GHz processor

-1.5gb RAM

-32gb internal memory (with sd card slot)

-4.65 inch screen

-new display called Super AMOLED III with 1280×1024 resolution

-2250 mAh battery

-9mm thick

-TouchWiz 5

-10 megapixel camera
