Sony Alpha NEX-7
Updated 01/26/2012:
NEX-7 was released recently and it was unveiled that it`s the first mirrorless camera to pack a 24.3 megapixel APS-C sensor. Unfortunately due to the flood in Thailand which affected Sony’s factories, the launch of the device was delayed. Now Engadget says that Sony Nex-7 after being beset with flooding-based delays, will take a bow at the end of February. The company's flagship mirrorless ILC will set you back $1,350 for the kit edition with an 18-55mm lens.

Poco Pro
The Poco Pro from Iain Sinclair, manufacturers of fine tiny things, is said to be "the world's thinnest" 1080p HD pocket camcorder. Poco's specs tout dimensions of 54 x 85.6 x 5mm, much smaller than JVC's Picsio, Samsung's HMX-E10, and even Toshiba's Camileo, but we are definitely wary of image quality on a sensor as small as this one.

Nikon D5100
The D5100 follows the previous generation's recipe for success pretty closely. This camera happens to feature the same mighty 16.2 megapixel sensor as the D7000. Actually, It has the D7000's internals, that helps to churn out 1080p video at 24fps, 25fps, or 30fps.
Fujifilm X100 camera
A real hit from Fujifilm attacked photo-market. Though the new-age vintage camera costs $1,200, it`s still flying off from shelves. The retrotastic X100 camera has actually made its popularity, that caused some shortages. The present disaster in Japan leads to a stoppage of production that makes that situation worse.

Canon PowerShot SX230 HS
Canon has expanded its trademark PowerShot point-and-shoot digital camera series with four new offerings, including the “world’s thinnest camera with 24mm equivalent lens.”
All four pocket cameras sport Canon’s signature HS system, comprised of Canon’s DIGIC 4 image processor combined with a high-sensitivity CMOS sensor for better shooting in low-lighting situations. That means reducing noise and pixelation at high ISO levels, revealing more details in dark photos, etc.

Sony PMW F3
Sony has officially come forward and announced their brand new PMW-F3 Super 35mm Camcorder, but we can still consider this a pretty early release, as one main component is still missing: the price. While we’ll take the details where we can get them, when we’re dealing with a camera of this capacity, we wish we could see what we might have to start saving up to. But, if you want to tease yourself, head on after the break to learn the details about this new camcorder.

Nikon D7000
Best Buy's been a naughty retailer again by letting some people purchase Nikon's D7000 a few days ahead of its proper retail launch.
